My stay at this hotel was excellent. The staff were incredibly sweet, responsive, and always helpful with a smile on their faces which truly made me feel at home, especially as a solo traveler. One thing I particularly appreciated was the bed in my room. It wasn't overly soft, which was perfect, as a softer mattress could have caused lower back pain after hours of driving. The firmness offered just the right support. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would definitely return on my next visit to Pune. A big thank you to the entire team for your warmth, hard work, and lovely service. Keep it up I truly appreciate it!

The hotel was absolute value for money, clean, neat comfortable with good ambiance, not too much fluff but still the decor was rich around the lobby, with a bright pool side, lots of seating for a business meeting over a drink or tea. Looks of greenery and security. The staff were very helpful. Good location Breakfast had a good variety of continental and indian options. While the venue was bright and fresh with good service, the live music in the background was loud which made it difficult to have a conversation and was disruptive to the calmness one needs in the morning.

The staff is the highlight of this hotel. The combination of professionalism with genuine warmth always makes me feel like I am coming back home. Three staff in particular stand out: 1. Shehnaz (front desk staff) 2. Chetan (accommodation manager) 3. Chetan (Latitude restaurant staff) These three were exceptional: thoughtful, going beyond the call of duty. Blue diamond is lucky to have them. I hope they realise it.

People makes this place and experience exceptional. Excellent Hospitality. You are greeted everyday by the hotel personnel. Latitude personnel Bablu, Bina, Nilesh and Charles ensured that food is served on time. They offered local delicacies to try them out. Latitude breakfast Buffett variety included South, North Indian to European style food. Discovered new culture and cuisine. House keeping staff Narayan ensured that the rooms are kept clean everyday. Overall, my stay in Blue Diamond, Pune is excellent.

We recently stayed at the Blue Diamond hotel in Pune and were thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service. The hospitality was outstanding, and our room was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was a highlight, with delicious flavors and a wide range of options. Special thanks to Nilesh, Chetan, and Charles from Latitude for their attentive service and recommendations. They ensured we experienced the best of the hotel's offerings. We look forward to returning on our next trip.

The staff were attentive and helpful and overall service was very good. The location is quite central and fairly close to the airport and railway station. The restaurants at this hotel are very good and the wait staff are excellent.

The highlight of the hotel was the staff, smiling faces and great service all around. We were upgraded on the rooms and they were excellent. I remember visiitng the Diamond during college and it brought back great memories. The breakfast spread was excellent and the choices were widespread, from continental to local Pune delicacies. A place I would surely like to visit again....once again a big Hurray to the staff on duty. KEEP IT UP!!!

F&B Staff are very good. Chef took care of all requirements. Enjoyed the food. Ambience has old world charm. Even housekeeping staff were very prompt & good. For an old property, its well maintained.
