1. The breakfast options were healthy and wholesome with sufficient variety to suit all tastes across the globe. 2. The staff in F&B, Front desk and housekeeping were courteous, attentive, prompt, caring and innovative. 3. Safety of guests and property was obviously of a high standard.

The hotel was absolute value for money, clean, neat comfortable with good ambiance, not too much fluff but still the decor was rich around the lobby, with a bright pool side, lots of seating for a business meeting over a drink or tea. Looks of greenery and security. The staff were very helpful. Good location Breakfast had a good variety of continental and indian options. While the venue was bright and fresh with good service, the live music in the background was loud which made it difficult to have a conversation and was disruptive to the calmness one needs in the morning.

People makes this place and experience exceptional. Excellent Hospitality. You are greeted everyday by the hotel personnel. Latitude personnel Bablu, Bina, Nilesh and Charles ensured that food is served on time. They offered local delicacies to try them out. Latitude breakfast Buffett variety included South, North Indian to European style food. Discovered new culture and cuisine. House keeping staff Narayan ensured that the rooms are kept clean everyday. Overall, my stay in Blue Diamond, Pune is excellent.

The highlight of the hotel was the staff, smiling faces and great service all around. We were upgraded on the rooms and they were excellent. I remember visiitng the Diamond during college and it brought back great memories. The breakfast spread was excellent and the choices were widespread, from continental to local Pune delicacies. A place I would surely like to visit again....once again a big Hurray to the staff on duty. KEEP IT UP!!!

Blue Diamond serves full breakfast with plenty of options for all tastes. The live station can make eggs to order, make dosa/uttapa/paratha etc to order. The staff at the restaurant will make you feel at home and I mean this in the nicest possible way ;) There are two more food options with Mystic Masala serving authentic Marathi (local) food and Bamboo house for Oriental. Both are very good. In general, this hotel should take pride in its staff. They simply bend backwards to serve you at all times. It's just exceptional.
